Guru SMAM 4 Depok Berbagi Praktik Baik dalam Lokakarya Guru Penggerak Kota Depok
PDM Depok, 26 Oktober 2024 – Dinas Pendidikan (Disdik) Kota Depok menyelenggarakan Lokakarya 7 Festival Panen Hasil Belajar Program Pendidikan Guru Penggerak (PGP) Angkatan 10, yang diadakan di Gedung Baleka Lantai 10. Kegiatan ini melibatkan 133 Calon Guru Penggerak (CGP) dari berbagai jenjang pendidikan, mulai dari TK hingga SMA, baik dari sekolah negeri maupun swasta di Kota Depok.
Acara ini dihadiri langsung oleh Wali Kota Depok KH Muhammad Idris, Kepala Dinas Pendidikan Kota Depok beserta Sekdis, para Kepala Bidang, serta perwakilan dari KCD Wilayah II Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi Jawa Barat, Bapak H.R. Arso Budiriyadi, S.Si, M.Si. Turut hadir pula para kepala sekolah, guru, dan perwakilan institusi pendidikan dari berbagai jenjang.
Acara berlangsung meriah dengan berbagai penampilan dari para CGP, seperti tarian, nyanyian, puisi, dan drama musikal yang menunjukkan kreativitas dan semangat inovasi dalam dunia pendidikan. Selain itu, terdapat sesi berbagi praktik baik dari empat perwakilan CGP Angkatan 10 dari tingkat TK, SD, SMP, dan SMA.
Farulliana Sari dari SMA Muhammadiyah 4 Depok menjadi satu satunya guru tingkat SMA yang berkesempatan membagikan praktik baiknya dengan program bertajuk “Exploring Dream Career”. Program yang telah berlangsung dari Agustus hingga 22 Oktober 2024 ini dirancang untuk membantu siswa memahami realitas profesi impian mereka, menumbuhkan rasa percaya diri, kemandirian, tanggung jawab, serta meningkatkan keterlibatan orang tua dalam proses belajar siswa. Program ini juga mengasah keterampilan berpikir kritis, komunikasi, dan literasi siswa.
Kegiatan ini mendapatkan perhatian dari Bapak Arso Budiriyadi, yang turut mengajukan pertanyaan terkait penggunaan talent mapping dalam program ini serta peran orang tua dalam keterlibatan aktif selama kegiatan. Beliau juga memberikan apresiasi khusus kepada SMA Muhammadiyah 4 Depok atas pencapaiannya.
Pengawas Pembina SMA Muhammadiyah 4 Depok, Dr. Sugiarti, M.Pd, memberikan tanggapan positif terhadap program ini dengan menyatakan, “Sangat menginspirasi, melakukan yang terbaik serta berfokus pada peserta didik untuk pemilihan jurusan yang bertanggung jawab. Semoga SMA Muhammadiyah 4 Depok makin berjaya dan menjadi pilihan pendidikan yang terbaik di Kota Depok.”
Dengan adanya kegiatan ini, diharapkan semangat untuk terus berinovasi dan berfokus pada peningkatan kualitas pendidikan di Kota Depok semakin berkembang.

Today, I went to the beach front with my kids.
I found a sea shell and gave it to my 4 year old daughter and said “You can hear the ocean if you put this to your ear.”
