Pengukuhan Majelis dan Lembaga Pimpinan Daerah Muhammadiyah Kota Depok periode 2022-2027 pada Sabtu, 23 September 2023 kemarin berlangsung lancar. Acara yang dilanjutkan dengan rapat kerja pimpinan (RAKERPIM) Majelis dan Lembaga itu digelar di PPPPTK Bispar, Jl. Raya Parung KM 22-23 Bojongsari, Kec. Bojongsari, Kota Depok. Acara yang dimulai pada pukul 08.00 WIB, ditutup pada pukul 16.45 WIB.
Berbagai program dan rekomendasi umum disampaikan para Wakil Ketua yang membidangi Majelis dan Lembaga. Program lebih perinci disampaikan para ketua Majelis dan Lembaga. Rancangan program akan diplenokan untuk ditanfidzkan.
Ali Wartadinata, Ketua Pimpinan Daerah Muhammadiyah Kota Depok pada kata pembuka sebelum pemaparan program tiap Majelis dan Lembaga, menyampaikan pesan islah. Di penghujung acara, Ali menyinggung tamsil “Rapat Tikus” sebelum Rakerpim resmi ditutup.
Pesan islah ditegaskan Ali menyasar dua hal; islah gerakan dan islah kepemimpinan. Islah gerakan merupakan ikhtiar kolektif pimpinan Persyarikatan mengawal visi Muhammadiyah sebagai gerakan tajdid.
Muhammadiyah tidak boleh “diam”. Dari waktu ke waktu, Muhammadiyah harus terus berbenah menghadirkan maslahat bagi umat. Maka, program-program kerja Majelis dan Lembaga seyogianya dirancang dengan visi tajdid dengan mempertimbangkan maslahat serta skala prioritas keumatan.
Islah pimpinan merupakan upaya konsolidasi internal pimpinan Persyarikatan. Pada setiap periode, sesekali gesekan di antara satu dua pimpinan Persyarikatan tidak terhindarkan. Gesekan itu, meskipun secara personal terjadi dalam semangat sama-sama ingin memajukan Muhammadiyah, tak pelak menimbulkan suasana disharmoni dalam skala terbatas.
Sebagai sebuah dinamika, fenomena demikian merupakan hal yang wajar dalam sebuah organisasi. Namun, bila gesekan-gesekan itu sudah melebihi proporsi, ia bukan lagi kewajaran. Laju gerak persyarikatan akan terganggu sebab program-program menjadi sukar direalisasi.
Dalam konteks ini, islah harus menjadi refleksi kolektif dalam membangun gerakan jamaah pada tiap periodesasi kepemimpinan baru. Pimpinan seyogianya figur yang paling menyadari semangat memperbaiki diri. Semangat ini bukan saja sebagai bentuk tanggung jawab pada Persyarikatan, melainkan tanggung jawab personal untuk menjaga kredibilitas masing-masing di mata warga Persyarikatan dan pandangan umat pada skala yang lebih luas.
“Rapat Tikus” menjadi pesan pamungkas Ketua PDM. Tamsil ini dikatakan Ali warisan pesan Allahyarham Drs. Moh. Muslim, anggota PDM Kota Depok periode 2010/2015.
Pesan ini sangat relevan sekaligus penting terkait program-program yang dirumuskan tiap Majelis dan Lembaga. Istilah “Rapat Tikus” ini adalah tamsil program kerja yang mentereng tapi tidak dieksekusi. Ia hanya tertuang di atas kertas, seperti hasil rapat para tikus menghadapi teror kucing.
Alkisah, para tikus resah. Setiap hari, ada saja bayi-bayi tikus dicuri dan dimangsa kucing. Para tikus menyadari, bila situasi ini tidak segera diatasi, tikus akan musnah. Maka, para tikus menggelar rapat untuk mencari cara bagaimana mengatasi teror sang kucing.
Semua usulan program disampaikan dalam rapat itu. Namun, hanya satu yang disetujui, yaitu gagasan tentang teori “kerincingan di leher kucing”. Cara ini dianggap jalan keluar yang paling cerdas tanpa harus head to head dengan pemangsa sebab sama saja dengan menyerahkan diri ditelan kucing hidup-hidup. Begitulah para tikus bersepakat.
Jadi, bila nanti kerincingan berbunyi, itu artinya kucing sedang menuju sarang untuk mencuri bayi-bayi tikus. Maka, dengan segera para tikus dewasa sigap menyelamatkan bayi-bayi mereka dari jangkaun sang kucing.

Namun, dari waktu ke waktu, keadaan tidak berubah. Para tikus dewasa tidak berdaya. Bayi-bayi tikus tetap dimangsa sang kucing. Sebentar lagi, ketakutan tikus-tikus dewasa menjadi kenyataan, generasi tikus akan benar-benar punah.
Mengapa ini bisa terjadi? Bukankah para tikus itu sudah rapat dan menghasilkan program untuk menghentikan teror sang kucing?
